How to get a new password?
To change your password, log into your account. Once you are in your account click onto "update address". Type in your password sent in the email we sent to you  in the "old password" section. Type in your own password in "New password" and "Confirm New Password" section)

How long is the online store open?
The online store is open from 1/2/2018-3/1/2018

How come I can not see the uniforms offered?
You will need to be logged into your account to view the store and to place an order

I am in the wrong customer group
There are 3 customer groups. Kimberly Clark CERT/Fire Brigade, Kimberly Clark Electrical, or Kimberly Clark General Store.  Each group is offered specific uniforms. If you are in the wrong group please contact MVP Sports-email lou.maroney@kcc.com or 610-497-9761

Returns?
Pants and shorts that are not worn are exchangeable for size.  If we make a mistake on size and/or name the item will be replaced.

How do I make a return?
To start the Return Process: RMA
  1. Login to your account on www.mvpsportsweb.biz website in the 'My Account' section.
  2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section,  click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA(Return) for.
  3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
  4. You will choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
  5. In the Order Return Options section, you will choose the Reason and Method for the return.
  6. Finally, add comments in the Comments section.  Once done, click Save RMA and an email will be sent to you for your records.

What happens if I go over my gift card amount?
You can use a credit card or pay pal on the online store and pay at checkout

How do I login to my account?
You should have received an email with your user name and password.  You will need to go the login page and enter your user name and password.  You will then be able to look at your account information and order online

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders take 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order

What name can I have embroidered on my shirts?
First or Last names only.  No nicknames

What if my order is wrong when I receive them?
If you ordered the wrong size shirt, wrong color of shirt, or put the wrong name on the shirt, then you will be responsible to order new shirts.  If the pants are an incorrect size and hane not been worn we will exchange them for the correct size.

How do I receive my order?
Your order will be sent to your house

What do I put in the shipping address?
The shipping address is the address we use to send you your uniform order.

What do I put in the billing address?
The billing address is used  when you go over your gift card amount and you enter your credit card number to purchase more clothing.  You can put your shipping address in this area unless you are paying by credit card..  If you do use your credit card online to purchase more clothing then you will have to use the billing address of your credit card.
